They have been fantastic the whole way through the build, keeping us informed on progress throughout, and working with us to get it how we wanted. They came in exactly on the budget they promised at the start. When we added some bits on they were very clear with the costs upfront and stuck to the budget for them too. They have been great at introducing us to other trades and providing advice on the rest of the renovation we were doing ourselves. They have been very open, considerate and helpful the whole way through. Their whole team on site have been brilliant – Richard & Elliot in the crew led by Paul. We would happily recommend them (and have), and if we ever did another project we would definitely go back to them.”

Paul was instrumental in managing the building work. Offering excellent ideas and choices of good quality materials to create rooms sympathetic to our property. A period cottage (some rooms dating back to the early 1800s). Paul was passionate about ensuring the best quality of workmanship and all professionals that he engaged i.e. joinery, plumbing, electricians, building work etc carried out their work to an excellent standard. “I have been working with Codus Construction for some time on the renovation of a large Grade II listed building which needed significant modernisation. The works have included underfloor heating, structural work, restoration of the roof, reconfiguring rooms, new bathrooms, insulation throughout, flooring, kitchen, windows and roof lights.
