“Codus did a large 2 story extension for us (including demolishing an old garage first) on an old stone Victorian house.

They have been fantastic the whole way through the build, keeping us informed on progress throughout, and working with us to get it how we wanted. They came in exactly on the budget they promised at the start. When we added some bits on they were very clear with the costs upfront and stuck to the budget for them too. They have been great at introducing us to other trades and providing advice on the rest of the renovation we were doing ourselves. They have been very open, considerate and helpful the whole way through.
